		<description>&lt;p&gt;I was able to overcome insomnia by lessening the stress in my life.  I realized that the reason why I cant sleep is because I have a lot going on that my brain keeps on thinking and working.....leading me to sleepless nights.  The key is to learn to relax.&lt;/p&gt;

But on days with an unusual amount of exercise, a day on which I’ve run a marathon or a day on which I’ve done a training run close to 20 miles, I find it difficult to sleep.
