Hi Michael
We’re a UK focused site so I’m not very clear on the US Tax laws… we try to provide advice that is useful to all freelancers everywhere but when it comes to tax and legal affairs we have to be specific and focus on the UK I’m afraid.
If you find anything useful please do post it here though… I’m know you’re not the only US reader here.
