Michael Rose graduated with a degree in journalism from City University, London, when the world-wide-web was in its infancy - he was using Mosaic before anyone had heard of Internet Explorer, was a keen bulletin-board user and remembers 8-bit browsers and 9400bps connections fondly.
Michael left university at the beginning of the dot com boom and began working for AOL & Netscape and freelancing for FT.com, BT and the BBC.
More recently Michael has worked as a Web Editor for The British Medical Journal, Study Group International and, most recently, Freelance Advisor. Michael also freelances as a Web Editor & Content Strategist and has completed a number of projects for clients in the UK and overseas.
