hi Ellie, ideally you should receive any untaken statutory holiday entitlement you are entitled on your next ormal ‘pay’ date. However, I would suggest you talk to your boss to ask, as there is no strict time limit they need to pay this to you within, so it may be that you need to chase them for it. I have just resigned from my job. I was on sick leave from april till november.How long can I give my x boss before I get my holiday leu entitlement.
