    how do i force them to pay? usually clients pay 50% downpayment and then leave the project hanging at 90% by not submitting the final contents.

    Well, I suppose one way around this could be to have multiple payment stages. So if they leave the project hanging at 90% complete, they will have paid 90% of the fee. That will complicate your projects, but would solve the problem. Alternatively, find a good copywriter cough to provide most of the content. That may speed up the process.

    Exactly Leif! Small increments of payments also known as milestones should be handled once a small portion of the project is completed. I did that on VOIS.com with my Graphic Designer and it worked out great! No Messy Messes.
