For the most part I use 'I'…after all, not only are clients buying my copywriting service, they're buying my personal service. This is not a bit of kit that's being sold, it's a skill-set, and a personal take on the client's requirements. What's more, it could be considered disingenuous to market yourself as something you're not…a risk worth taking?

I use “you” – 'What you'll get is etc
