We used to have meetings just to meet. Our boss would get up in front of us before the meeting and tell us that we haven't met in a few weeks and he just wanted to get together. Times are tough because of the bad economy but I will never go back to working for a large company. If it ever gets to the point where I need to go back to working for a company, it will be a small consulting company of some sort.</p> Before going out on my own, I used to work for a large company here in the US. This is one of the reasons I went freelance. To be working and creating as much as possible. I do a lot of work at creative agencies and they tend to use my time wisely.
