I would also add that for people whose business isn&#039;t writing that they should really get to grips with grammar and punctuation - I&#039;m sorry if that sounds a really basic point to raise but as the old adage goes you don&#039;t get a second chance to make a first impression. A web page with capital letters all over the place, not to mention too much reliance on marketing jargon or well-worn phrases like &quot;one stop shop&quot; can put some customers off - that&#039;s where your excellent point about authenticity comes in!&lt;/p&gt;
