The specialist freelancer and contractor-focused accountancy world is hotting up as Crunch continues to cause ripples in the sector.

It’s been a busy month for Crunch with the news that the all-in-one online accountancy service has received investment from Bebo co-founder Paul Birch and Skype chairman Michael van Swaaij. Combined with news of an award for innovation in business it’s no wonder Crunch competitors are starting to reduce their fees and ramp up their marketing efforts.

Following this weeks new Crunch has also now climbed to number three in the Freelance Supermarket Accountancy Service Providers league:

At Freelance Advisor we’re really pleased that Crunch is making waves, if better software and an all-in-one service that provides online tools and a real accountant is the future then Crunch is certainly leading the way – we’re proud to be sponsored by Crunch and are delighted to see them go from strength to strength.

Have you tried Crunch yet? A quick chat with Ruby is all you need – check out the Crunch accounts service to find out why flexible, affordable, online accounting is here to stay.
