Over the past 18 months Freelance Advisor has grown hugely – we’ve amassed a huge list of industry contributors who are at the forefront of freelancing and contracting in the UK, we’ve got the most popular freelancing podcast outside the US, and we now help over 25,000 freelancers every month.
To regular 9-to-5 employees, there may not be a huge distinction between freelancers and contractors – but we know the truth. Freelancers are freelancers, and contractors are contractors. Ask a contractor if they’re a freelancer and you’ll get a funny look, and vice versa.
With this in mind, in the coming weeks we will be launching a new sister site, Contractor Advisor. We’ll continue to produce the same great content here, but our contractor readers will now have a specific site all to themselves!
We’re putting the finishing touches to Contractor Advisor, and we’re hoping to be ready to push it out the door on January 18th – just a week from today!
So if you’re a contractor and you feel a little…strange…about reading a website for freelancers, you need worry no more! Contractor Advisor is coming!
